We collect the official auctions every day

Every day we review the official sources and gather all active auctions in one place. We detect the ones coming in, the ones being withdrawn and changes in date or status.

  • Judicial and tax auctions published in the BOE.
  • In-person auctions from the General Treasury of the Social Security.
  • Always up-to-date inventory: new ones appear and closed ones are flagged.

Step 2

We cross every property with the Cadastre and the map

To each property we add its cadastral record and its real location, so you can see where it is and search by area, by radius or by proximity to a specific point.

  • Use, area and construction year taken from the Cadastre.
  • Location on the map for the vast majority of the inventory.
  • Search by province, municipality or by radius in kilometres.

Ask the agent in natural language

You ask for what you want as if talking to someone, and the agent finds the properties, summarises each record, computes the real discount and warns you of the risks before bidding.

  • Search, compare and analyse properties without complicated forms.
