Why are you not cheaper than the competition?

Because we are not selling the same thing. A listing with notifications costs four euros and does that job well. We analyse each auction: discount adjusted for encumbrances, real cost including your region’s transfer tax, risks buried in the court notice. If all you want is the listing, ours is free and you need not pay anything.

Is there a trial?

You do not need one: the free plan never expires. Create an account, talk to the agent and keep one alert running without entering a card or counting days.

When do alerts arrive?

We sweep the inventory once a day, overnight, and email your account if something matching came in. We do not promise instant alerts because the official sources do not update that way either.

What happens when I run out of questions?

Nothing dramatic: the directory, your saved auctions and your alerts keep working. Only the conversation pauses until your quota renews, and it runs on a rolling window rather than a calendar month.

Can I cancel?

Whenever you like, from your account, without ringing anyone. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for and then drop back to the free plan with your data intact.

Does this replace a lawyer?

No, and be wary of anyone who tells you otherwise. We give you the data in order and the risks flagged so you reach your solicitor knowing what to ask.
