Encumbrances and effective discount

Looking at the discount over the appraisal is not enough. El Pujante subtracts the encumbrances the buyer takes on to give you the real discount. We warn you when encumbrances exceed 50% of the auction value, and we distinguish those given in € (AEAT) from those in free text (judicial).

Every property has a ring of associated public data: Cadastre, geocoding, province and municipality normalization. That lets you filter by radius, built m², construction year, cadastral use, and show properties on a real map.
